Sanjay Rajkot, the king of Rajkot, Gujarat, is popularly known as “Sikandar.” He is married to Sisri, a painter known as Rani Siddha.

One day, during a flight, Arjun, son of Minister Rakesh Pradhan, meets Monica, a married former porn actress and mother of one son. Arjun threatened to show her old videos to his son in exchange for sex. But Sanjay, who was also on board, intervened and fought with Arjun and his guards. Determined to save her, Sanjay asked a doctor in Dubai to guide local doctors via video call, which helped stabilize her condition. It is later revealed that Nisha was born with a heart condition, which worsened after her ex-lover, Kapil, cruelly announced his marriage, causing her severe mental distress.
